When will you start to making my order?
As soon as you place the order,we will make the sales conformation to you. After we receive your deposit, we will arrange the production right away.
What kind of payment terms can you accept?
We can accept T/T 30% deposit, balance against the copy of shipping document, or L/C at sight.

Can you do the customized Design?
Yes, we can do it.
Do you need the mould cost or plate fee?
Yes, we will charge for them according to the actual costs incurred.
Can the mould cost and the plate fee be refund?
It is based on your order amount. Sometimes it can be fully refund or partly refund.

Do you have your own designs?
Yes, we have.We make about 3000 new items every year.
When do you present the new designs?
We present new designs on the spring canton fair and autumn canton fair.

Do you have the sample in storage?
Sorry, we only have one set sample in our showroom.
Can I order a sample?
Yes, you can.
Do you need the sample fee?
It is depending on your sample list. Sometimes, the samples are free for you, but freight collect.
Sometimes we will ask for the sample fee which is twice the cost.
When can I have the samples?
As normal, we need 7 days.If you need them urgently, we can push the samples in 3 days.

Does your products pass the testing?
Yes, the material we used for our products can pass the testing.
Can you accept the inspection by customer?
Yes, of course. Warmly welcome to our factory to inspect the goods.
What is your production time?
As normal, our production time is 45 days. If many items you ordered, the production date is 60 days.
